Please read this policy carefully. By signing a service agreement and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once a contract is signed and work has begun.

•Website design and development services are customized and initiated promptly after a signed agreement.

•As such, no refunds or returns will be issued once we begin work on your project.

•This policy ensures we can dedicate time, planning, and creative resources to your website effectively.

•If delays occur due to lack of communication or required materials from the client, this does not qualify for a refund.

 

All deposits made to 1st Page Factory are non-refundable, as they secure your spot in our production schedule and cover initial planning and onboarding.

 

If you wish to cancel your project before work has begun, please notify us in writing. Cancellation is only permitted prior to project initiation, and in such cases, your deposit remains non-refundable.
